COLLECT & RETURN

Book a Collect and Return

Choose a morning or afternoon collection slot, depending on your schedule, and we’ll liaise directly to agree a drop-off slot when your bike is ready. Please note that we require a minimum of Basic Service to be booked.

To ensure our drivers take the most efficient route, we will do our route planning the day before and will let you know our approximate arrival time via WhatsApp within your booking window.

Check out the How it works section below for full details. If you still have questions - get in touch!

How it works

Got a bike or several bikes that needs fixing but no time to come to the shop? Easy.

Use the form to make a booking. You can choose either a morning slot (09.00-12.00) or an afternoon (13.00-18.00) slot depending on your availability. We currently do pick-ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We’ll ask a few questions during your booking. These include Qs such as as how many bikes, where we should collect them from and what type of work you think they’ll need. You can check out our services on our Workshop page. If you’re not sure what your bike needs then no problem - we can check it and make a recommendation.

We’ll let you know when to expect us. You will only be able to select a morning or afternoon slot on your booking, but when our driver is planning their route the day before they will text you to give you a more accurate arrival time.

The team will do a full check over the bike and note down the work we recommend. We’ll then phone you to discuss this and agree what work you’d like us to do - we’ll only do what you say!

We get to work while you carry on with your daily business.

Once the bikes have been fixed or serviced, checked and test ridden, we’ll get in touch to arrange when we need to drop them off. We’ll also send an invoice for the work that you can pay online or over the phone.

Right on time, we arrive when you’ve asked us to and drop them off looking as good as new.

You can get in touch at any point throughout the process to ask questions.
