Why cycling is
basically a life hack
Instant mood booster! – Riding a bike = free therapy + wind in your face. Scientifically proven to make you at least 73% happier* (*probably).
Leg day without the gym! – Who needs squats when you can pedal your way to powerful thighs? Bonus: cycling burns calories while you enjoy the ride!
Your wallet will thank you! – No petrol, no train fares, no parking tickets. More money for coffee and snacks. Win-win.
Save the planet, one pedal at a time! – Your bike runs on snacks, not fossil fuels. Ride more, pollute less.
Brain boost! – Cycling improves memory, so you’ll never forget where you left your bike (hopefully).
Faster than traffic! – While drivers are stuck in jams, you’re cruising past, looking smug.
Better sleep! – Fresh air + exercise = out like a light. Ride more, snore less.
Basically, cycling makes life better. So, why not spread your legs, hop on, and see for yourself?

Staying safe while cycling is about being prepared, visible, and aware. Here are some easy tips:
Wear a helmet: Protect your head in case of a fall or accident—it’s your best safety gear.
Use lights and reflective gear: Be visible, especially at night or in low light. Bright lights and reflective clothing help others see you.
Signal your turns: Let others know where you’re going to avoid surprises and keep everyone safe.
Follow the rules: Stick to cycle lanes, obey traffic signs, and respect pedestrians to keep things predictable and safe.
Stay alert: Watch for hazards like potholes, cars pulling out, or pedestrians crossing unexpectedly.
If you’re new to cycling, check out free road safety courses from Transport for London or your local council—they’re great for building confidence and skills.
Take these simple steps, and you’ll enjoy safer, more confident rides. Happy cycling!
