Need your bike serviced or repaired but can’t get to the shop? We’ve got you covered.

How it works

Book a pick-up slot, we collect your bike from your home or workplace (anywhere in London within the M25), carry out the servicing or repairs in our workshop, then return it once it’s ready.

Collect & Return is available when you book at least a Basic Service.

Safe handling and transport

We treat every bike like it’s our own. Your bike is handled carefully, secured for transport, and kept protected during collection and delivery. If there’s anything we should know (stairs, tricky access, a cargo bike, a particularly delicate setup), add a note at booking and we’ll plan accordingly.

FAQs
Do you carry out repairs too, or only servicing?

We can do both. If repairs are needed, we’ll inspect the bike and talk you through the options before doing any additional work.
What if I don’t know what service I need?

No problem — tell us what you’ve noticed and we’ll assess the bike and recommend what’s best.
Will you start work without asking?

No. Never. We only carry out work you’ve approved.
How do you handle bikes safely during collection and delivery?

We handle bikes carefully and secure them for transport. If your bike is unusual (cargo bike, e-bike, very tight access), leave a note when booking so we can plan the collection properly.
