Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know at info@bicyclenation.co.uk.
Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under this policy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, labels, free gifts, and proof of purchase.
Bicycles that have been assembled or test-ridden in-store are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If there is a fault, your statutory rights still apply.
Refunds Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
Late or Missing Funds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bicyclenation.co.uk.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Contact info@bicyclenation.co.uk for exchange requests.
Gift Returns Policy
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, notifying them of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, please email first to info@bicyclenation.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning it.
You are responsible for the shipping costs, except if the item is faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
For items over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Right to Cancel
If you bought online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
The refund will include standard delivery charges paid, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned items or within 14 days from the day we receive proof of return from you. If items are not returned, we may arrange collection at your expense.

Warranty and Faulty Goods
If the received item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cover the cost of return postage and offer a refund or exchange.
Important Note on Returning Faulty Items
Your statutory rights apply in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty.
Some items may need to be assessed (by us and/or the manufacturer) before we can confirm whether a fault is covered by a manufacturer warranty. We’ll keep you in the loop and explain what happens next.
Damage due to wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or other factors beyond our control is not covered by manufacturer warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty.
If an item is used or packaging is damaged, we (and/or the manufacturer, where relevant) may offer a repair, replacement, or (where appropriate) a partial refund depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
Remember, it’s your responsibility to ensure returned items are properly packaged; any transit damage due to inadequate packaging will incur charges.
As bikes settle in after the first few rides, some small adjustments (like gear indexing) can be normal. If something doesn’t feel right, get in touch and we’ll advise.
30 Day Right
Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.
